Robert J. Baror, Esq. is an accomplished litigator and employment lawyer who has represented countless employees who have suffered workplace injustices while also having served as counsel to Fortune 500 corporations in federal employment litigation and advocating for a wide range of nonprofits, large governmental entities, businesses, political figures, and individuals in all forms of civil litigation, including contract cases, attorney malpractice actions, construction disputes, and trust and estates litigation. Mr. Baror is the former Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for CCI Health Services, a network of integrated community health centers, and a former partner at the Thatcher Law Firm. A cum laude graduate of both Harvard University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served on the Law Review, Mr. Baror is admitted in the State and Federal courts of Washington, D.C., New York, and Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Baror has served on the Board of Governors of the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and as Chair of the Employment Law Committee of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc.
